Comap showcases the breadth of its bitumen equipment range

Italy’s 1137 COMAP was pleased with the visitor response at this year’s 688 Bauma, after making its show debut in 2010 when people’s travel plans were hit by the aftermath of the Icelandic volcano eruption.

Staff said visitors from every part of the world had been showing interest in the company’s plant for production, storage, heating, spraying and transport of bituminous products.

In particular, Comap was highlighting new, fully automated emulsion and modified bitumen plants, designed to carry out all operations at the touch of a single button.

    JCB says its Ecomax Stage 4/Tier 4 Final engine can be engineered into many existing machines without needing additional space by using a ‘one can’ selective catalytic reduction (SCR).
