CIFA’s new Helical Twin Shaft Mixer 2.25
New products that 2203 CIFA will be launching at INTERMAT include a horizontal twin-shaft mixer equipped with helical blades.

CIFA’s Helical Twin Shaft Mixer 2.25 will be installed on the Cifamix 100 stationary system and the compact Cifamoove 90 system.

The new model differs from conventional mixers as its horizontal twin-shaft system with helical blades and standard blades is designed to decrease concrete mixing times and provide more homogeneous concrete. The design also causes less wear and tear on the blades, booms and mixing vat, said CIFA.

The range of mixers will consist of four models. In addition to the 2.25m3/cycle mixer, CIFA will also produce a mixer with an output of 3m3/cycle and models with outputs of 1.5m3 and about 1m3 of concrete for each cycle.

The larger mixer will be installed on systems such as the Cifamix 120, while the 1.5m3/cycle and 1m3/cycle models will be used for more compact systems in the Cifamoove line.
