Designed for use in compact track loaders, the new Bonfiglioli drive is said to offer power and durability
The new 700CT Series integrated hydraulic motor drive from 5073 Bonfiglioli is designed for use in compact track loader. Said to suit closed circuit applications, this drive range offers compatibility with the previous 700CK Series in closed circuit applications. The new product features the same chassis side and sprocket side dimensions and does not require machine manufacturers to change the design of their present gear motor drive train interface. Compared to conventional drives, however, the new hydraulic motor drive is said to offer improved performance in terms of power transmission and reliability. The new product series is available in sizes 702CT, 704CT, 705CT, 706CT, all designed for maximum gearmotor reliability. The new hydraulic motors incorporate several design improvements including a speed sensor located in a safer, more protected position to avoid damage, an internal full flushing system providing improved cooling for gearmotor components and an innovative parking brake that increases travel drive efficiency.

The hydraulic motor’s cylinder block is developed and made by Sauer-Danfoss and has been tailored to meet the needs of the application, boosting efficiency as well as increasing speed, traction and responsiveness in manoeuvring. The ability to obtain different control port and hydraulic motor oil inlet and outlet configurations from the same casting is said to ensure that installation is simplified and increases versatility.
