Bonfiglioli Trasmital has developed a new series of travel drive gearboxes for use in large, heavy duty tracked machines. The firm is now offering three new product sizes, the 722C, 724C and 726C, which extend its range of tracked travel drives. The 722C develops a maximum torque of up to 330,000Nm, making it suitable for use on excavators of 120-150tonnes, as well as cranes and drilling rigs of 180-230tonnes. 5073 Bonfiglioli Trasmital has developed a new series of travel drive gearboxes for use in large, heavy duty tracked machines. The firm is now offering three new product sizes, the 722C, 724C and 726C, which extend its range of tracked travel drives. The 722C develops a maximum torque of up to 330,000Nm, making it suitable for use on excavators of 120-150tonnes, as well as cranes and drilling rigs of 180-230tonnes. The 724C develops a maximum torque of up to 450,000Nm, and is specially designed for large cranes and drilling rigs of up to 300tonnes. Finally, the 726C transmits a maximum torque of up to 625,000Nm, for use in excavators of up to 350tonnes and cranes and drilling rigs of up to 400tonnes.
High versatility is claimed for the new PTC 20RHV Vibrodriver piling unit, which can drive and extract profiled sections of sheet piling, H, concrete or wooden piles. This highly productive machine offers an integrated solution including the rig with its guiding pole, as well as the novel Vibrodriver, hydraulic hammer and press. Bespoke equipment supplier Cimolai Technology is exhibiting a model of the equipment it supplied for a Bulgarian bridge project. Construction of the bridge entailed lifting and positioning pre-cast sections weighing up to 260tonnes. Cimolai designed, built and supplied a bespoke cantilever lifting system to sit atop the centre pillar and simultaneously hoist the blocks from barges 42m below on the river Danube.
