Bonfiglioli Trasmital has developed a new series of travel drive gearboxes for use in large, heavy duty tracked machines. The firm is now offering three new product sizes, the 722C, 724C and 726C, which extend its range of tracked travel drives. The 722C develops a maximum torque of up to 330,000Nm, making it suitable for use on excavators of 120-150tonnes, as well as cranes and drilling rigs of 180-230tonnes. Bonfiglioli develops new series of travel drives
5073 Bonfiglioli Trasmital has developed a new series of travel drive gearboxes for use in large, heavy duty tracked machines. The firm is now offering three new product sizes, the 722C, 724C and 726C, which extend its range of tracked travel drives. The 722C develops a maximum torque of up to 330,000Nm, making it suitable for use on excavators of 120-150tonnes, as well as cranes and drilling rigs of 180-230tonnes. The 724C develops a maximum torque of up to 450,000Nm, and is specially designed for large cranes and drilling rigs of up to 300tonnes. Finally, the 726C transmits a maximum torque of up to 625,000Nm, for use in excavators of up to 350tonnes and cranes and drilling rigs of up to 400tonnes.

The group, headquartered in Beckum, Germany, will present its “innovative solutions” for bulk materials, such as curved belt conveyors. Both troughed belt conveyors and pipe conveyors are used to transport various bulk materials over large distances and often across impassable terrain.
Terex’s powerful Superlift 3800 crawler crane is now being offered in a larger configuration than before. According to Terex, the new Superlift has been designed to boost performance in the 650tonne capacity class and replaces the firm’s well-proven CC 2800-1.
Requiring up to 30% less counterweight for long boom erection, the crane features a new-style cab and Terex fall protection system. The Superlift has a maximum lift capacity of 650tonnes at 12m and a maximum hook height of 190m. Maximum load moment
