Bonfiglioli Trasmital has developed a new series of travel drive gearboxes for use in large, heavy duty tracked machines. The firm is now offering three new product sizes, the 722C, 724C and 726C, which extend its range of tracked travel drives. The 722C develops a maximum torque of up to 330,000Nm, making it suitable for use on excavators of 120-150tonnes, as well as cranes and drilling rigs of 180-230tonnes. Bonfiglioli develops new series of travel drives
5073 Bonfiglioli Trasmital has developed a new series of travel drive gearboxes for use in large, heavy duty tracked machines. The firm is now offering three new product sizes, the 722C, 724C and 726C, which extend its range of tracked travel drives. The 722C develops a maximum torque of up to 330,000Nm, making it suitable for use on excavators of 120-150tonnes, as well as cranes and drilling rigs of 180-230tonnes. The 724C develops a maximum torque of up to 450,000Nm, and is specially designed for large cranes and drilling rigs of up to 300tonnes. Finally, the 726C transmits a maximum torque of up to 625,000Nm, for use in excavators of up to 350tonnes and cranes and drilling rigs of up to 400tonnes.
Palfinger Platforms has replaced its TKA series access platform with the P300KS. Mounted on a 7.5 tonne truck chassis, the P300KS has a working height of 30m with a maximum outreach to the side or the back of 20.5m. The cage, which offers 540 degrees of rotation, has a maximum load of 350kg.
Terex Cranes has replaced its CC2800-1 crawler crane with the Superlift 3800 lattice boom, offering improved speed and efficiency for customers. The 3800 can handle loads of up to 650tonnes at a radius of 5-12m and has a maximum load moment of 8,426t/m. Liebherr has developed the LTM1750-9.1, a nine-axle all-terrain crane with a maximum lift capacity of 750 tonnes. The 52m telescopic boom machine is carried by the machine and offers a 154m maximum lift height, with a maximum working radius of 112m. A luffing fly jib can be added in 3.5m increments to take maximum lift height to 91m. Weighing in at 108 tonnes in transport configuration, the LTM puts down 12 tonnes per axle.
