Bolivia's authorities are planning to spend US$200 million on new infrastructure. One of the key projects will be a new two lane road link between La Paz and Oruro. Transport links are key to the land-locked country's economy.
Eiffage has won a contract to restructure the Quai d’Ivry interchange on the Paris ring road.
Eiffage’s Public Works division picked up the €48 million deal within Paris’s 13th arrondissement.
The 40-month contract was awarded by Paris’s development agency SEMAPA -- Société d’Etude, de Maitrise d’Ouvrage et d’Aménagement Parisienne.

Shaanxi province in northwest China plans to invest $5.79 billion (CNY 35 billion), enabling the upgrade of 5,000km of rural roads and the construction of around 1,110km of highway.
