7303 Beumer has expanded its product portfolio with the Fillpac R rotating filling machine, which has the capacity to fill up to 6,000 bags per hour using the latest technology to cater for all common bag types.

The Fillpac R can fill woven polypropylene bags and is fitted with an automatic bag weight-correcting device to automatically adjust the weight of subsequent bags.
A filling impeller reduces fill times and increases throughput without impairing weight accuracy.

Both the three-position cylinder, which regulates the coarse and fine flow, and the cylinder for bag discharging, are positioned in dust-free zones to minimise wear. Most of the components are freely available commercially. This reduces delivery times for spare parts and lowers capital costs for the user.

    January 6, 2017
The new crawler version of Moog’s MBI 50 unit has been designed especially for operation on narrow pedestrian bridges. With the load distribution on two crawlers it is possible to stick to a minimum area load even though the overall width is 1.6m and the weight 3,000kg. This makes it possible to work on bridges that are rated low-weight only.
