Plans for the eagerly anticipated 688 Bauma 2013 in Munich show were highlighted at 5930 Bauma China 2012.

A press conference heard a presentation led by Sai Ma, the event’s project manager; Eugen Egetenmeir, vice president of Messe Munchen; Klaus Dittrich, chief executive of Messe Munchen; and Joachim Schmid, 1331 VDMA (German engineering federation) managing director for construction equipment.

Journalists were told how next year’s bauma Munich showpiece, the 30th international trade fair for construction machinery, building materials, mining machines, construction vehicles and construction equipment, will include the unveiling of a huge amount of new machines and solutions within the construction industry. And a whole spectrum of companies and brands, from newcomers to market leaders, will be at the show being staged 15-21 April, 2013.

Covering 555,000m² of exhibition space and set to attract more than 3,250 exhibitors and over 420,000 visitors, bauma 2013 is set to reconfirm its position as the largest trade fair in the world.
