The 5011 is a new addition to Rammer’s large hammer range
5076 Rammer, the 2403 Sandvik Construction-owned range of hydraulic hammers, will use 688 Bauma 2013 to mark the latest stage in the development of the Rammer-branded products which were successfully reintroduced in 2012.

Even though none of the models in Rammer’s extensive product range are more than two years old, Rammer says it has maintained its commitment to innovation and product development.

The company says that at Bauma 2013 this commitment will deliver four new models comprising new additions to Rammer’s small and large range hammers.

The heavier end of the Rammer large range product line-up will also be extended with the introduction of the new 5011 hammer.

Suitable for carriers in the 43-80tone operating weight category, the 5011 model slots into the Rammer line-up between the popular 4099, and the proven 7013 units, in order to provide customers with a complete range of large range hammers.

The new Rammer 5011 is designed around a number of new features first seen on the smaller 3288 and 4099 models, allowing it to be purpose-matched to specific applications for optimum performance across a broad range of materials and duties.

The three additions to the small range are the Rammer 255, 355 and 455, which plugs a gap in the Rammer line-up, and are suitable for carriers in the 1.2-5.2tonnes operating weight class. All three models are designed to satisfy the specific demands of rental fleet operators, and utilise Rammer’s Constant Blow Energy (CBE) operating principle in order to ensure constant impact energy with every blow for maximum productivity and profitability.

Rammer branded products will also mark their return to Bauma in 2013 by showing other models from the comprehensive range of small, medium and large range hammers.
