Atlas and Effer are cooperating
Crane dealers across the 2346 Atlas Maschinen network will be able to add 5077 Effer cranes to the range of products they offer.

Effer cranes will be sold, serviced and supported by Atlas dealers in different countries and particularly in Germany and the Middle East.

The Atlas display at bauma features a new Atlas AK 955, built by Effer with Atlas colours and branding.

Effer and Atlas began working together in the UK market in 2012. Success of the cooperation has led to its expansion worldwide.

Atlas’s owner, Fil Filipov, said that this new partnership with Effer represents a natural and logical move. “By complementing the existing Atlas crane range mainly focused on the building sector, it allows us to use our loader crane experience and expertise to great advantage,” he said. At the same time, Atlas’ German network will be at the disposal of Effer customers, with new openings for Atlas customers in the large crane segment, he added.

Effer’s owner, Lorenzo Cipriani, said that companies are ideal partners and complement each other’s strengths. He said, “Atlas has an optimal service organisation in the UK and Germany; Effer builds high-quality knuckle boom cranes, which are focused in the many sectors outside the classic building sector but with a specific expertise on long reach cranes as needed in the German roofing supply business.”
