The 7215 Arja Group is broadening its range of crushing and screening equipment with its latest generation of impact crushers. The new series TAURO 10 PE models join the range, along with the durable MA 0806 jaw crushers and HN 36-3 screens. The new impact crushers are designed to work with highly abrasive materials and can also be used for soft materials. The firm claims that these impact crushers offer benefits over cone crushers in terms of material shape and reduced fines. The new TAURO 10 PE features advanced technology including automatic hydraulic adjustment, automatic greasing, heat sensors and vibration bearings, electronic controls with a speed shifter, and a special system for easier dismantling of blow bars and impact plates. Machine maintenance is said to be easy with four access doors. The components are cast from a ceramic Xwin material which suits duties with highly abrasive materials. The crusher has a design throughput of 70tonnes/hour and a power requirement of 90kW, whether used in primary, secondary or tertiary application. Feed sizes vary however and are 300mm, 200mm or 100mm respectively.
