Allu adds extra durability to D-series screen crusher buckets

Allu has upgraded its screener crusher buckets with the introduction of the new six-model D-Series range suitable for excavators from 10 to 40tonnes and wheel loaders between five and 30tonnes. The design allows the buckets to be used for crushing demolition waste, asphalt and glass using replaceable hammer heads to produce end product between 25mm and 100mm. They can also be configured to screen materials with product size from 0-15mm, 0-25mm or 0-35mm and can be used for mixing in lime or other products

RSS2180 ALLU has upgraded its screener crusher buckets with the introduction of the new six-model D-Series range suitable for excavators from 10 to 40tonnes and wheel loaders between five and 30tonnes.

The design allows the buckets to be used for crushing demolition waste, asphalt and glass using replaceable hammer heads to produce end product between 25mm and 100mm. They can also be configured to screen materials with product size from 0-15mm, 0-25mm or 0-35mm and can be used for mixing in lime or other products for soil stabilisation purposes.

    Epec is hoping to be a controlling influence at INTERMAT. The Finnish firm’s managing director, Jouni Matikainen, said the 32-bit processor and increased calculating power of the new 5050 control unit for mobile construction machines had created a “very powerful” unit. Matikainen said that all Epec’s range of control units, including the new 2024 model being exhibited at the show, have been made to cope with extreme application conditions, including dust-heavy mining.
