AEM elects 2017 officers, including Michael Haberman as chairman

The Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM), based in the United States, has announced its 2017 officer lineup as well as directors elected to the AEM board of directors and sector boards. The 1100 Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM), based in the United States, has announced its 2017 officer lineup as well as directors elected to the AEM board of directors and sector boards.

Michael A. Haberman, president of 7586 Gradall Industries, is elected chairman and vice-chairman is Richard Goldsbury, president of North America & Oceania operations at 695 Doosan 1130 Bobcat

Others elected to the board of directors include Steven Berglund (president chief executive of 2122 Trimble Navigation, Arjun Mirdha (president and chief executive of JCB) and Rod Schrader (chairman and chief executive of 7655 Komatsu America Corporation).

Directors elected to the construction equipment sector board include John Garrison (president and chief executive of 1222 Terex Corporation), Jeff Heinemann (vice president of construction at 325 Sandvik Mining and Construction), Daniel Miller (president and chief executive of 2106 Manitou Americas) and Ray O’Connor (president and chief executive of 7300 Topcon Positioning Systems).

AEM provides business development resources to advance the off-road equipment manufacturing industry in the global marketplace. AEM membership comprises more than 900 companies and more than 200 product lines in the agriculture, construction, forestry, mining and utility sectors worldwide.
