Three new concrete machines to be unveiled at the trade show:

  1. Lizard for underground sites
  2. Energya E10, the new electric mixer with BEE technology
  3. A top-secret new machine!

CIFA proudly announces the launch of three brand-new machines to be revealed during the show: "Underground" Lizard, "Electric" E10, and "Big" - this is the only clue about the top-secret machine that can be shared. It will be unveiled during bauma at the CIFA booth (outdoor area 1105/4).

CIFA – a company with nearly a century of experience in manufacturing concrete machines – is preparing to make a significant impact with the launch of several exciting innovations.

Those innovations on display will focus on enhancing on-site work quality: making it easier, faster, safer, and more sustainable.

We Build Future. Today. Together. To All.

Since 1928, CIFA has been committed to shaping the future. The products are practical solutions, ready to make a difference “Today”. CIFA listens to customers’ needs and responds to the demands of operators, fully understanding the challenges they face daily, “Together”. The company is dedicated to the well-being of both the community and the environment, looking beyond the direct supply chain, “To All”. With this philosophy, CIFA participates in Bauma 2025 and presents:

LIZARD, a Multipurpose Vehicle for Underground Job Sites

The new compact and modular mining vehicle for transporting concrete, liquids, and solid materials. This compact and versatile mining vehicle is designed to meet the most demanding requirements of underground applications. Available in both diesel and electric versions, the LIZARD combines innovation, versatility, and exceptional performance, delivering advanced solutions for work in extremely tight spaces such as tunnels and mines.

Key Features

  • Compactness and Maneuverability:
With its compact design, the LIZARD navigates narrow spaces and tight passages with ease. Its low-profile chassis and short wheelbase, combined with all-wheel drive (4WD) and four-wheel steering (4WS), ensure superior performance on rough terrain.
  • Modularity and Adaptability:
The rigid modular chassis is built for heavy-duty applications in confined spaces and can be customized with a range of plug-in accessories, including attachments for transporting concrete, liquids, and solid materials.

E-LIZARD: The Electric Version

Showcased at Bauma 2025 at CIFA Stand FS 1105/4, the Energya E-LIZARD offers sustainability and innovation: it operates entirely in electric mode using batteries (BEE – Battery Electric Equipment) during all work phases, delivering a low-impact solution ideal for underground and urban environments.

New Energya E10 Electric Concrete Mixer

With a capacity of 10 m³, the Energya E10 features an electric induction motor powering the drum, replacing traditional hydraulic systems. Key features include:

  • Guaranteed Autonomy: The 28.1 kW / 100Ah battery pack ensures autonomy for an entire workday. Additionally, the KERS (Kinetic Energy Recovery System) recharges the batteries during braking, maintaining a steady charge balance and optimizing energy efficiency.
  • Independent Operation from the Truck: The mixer operates independently of the truck thanks to BEE technology. The drum's movement is no longer tied to the truck’s power take-off but is managed directly by the electric motor, eliminating hydraulic pumps and simplifying the setup.
  • 100% Electric Mode: Suitable for use on both diesel and electric trucks, the Energya mixer is ideal for historic centers and high-density residential areas where emissions reduction is critical.
  • Reduced Maintenance: Simplified design and the elimination of traditional hydraulic components lower operating costs.
  • Lower Environmental Impact: Perfect for densely populated historic centers or areas requiring minimal environmental and acoustic impact.
  • New Transportation Opportunities: Electric operation opens new possibilities for concrete transport, ensuring flexibility and sustainability.

The ENERGYA range, including the new E10 mixer, stands out for its BEE (Battery Electric Equipment) technology. This system enables machines to operate exclusively on energy generated by integrated lithium batteries, eliminating the need for external power sources.
With BEE, CIFA revolutionizes concrete transportation while providing concrete benefits for customers:

  • Reduced Emissions: Fully electric operation minimizes environmental impact and allows work in restricted-access sites (centers, green regulations, etc.).
  • Quiet Operation: Drastic noise reduction enhances working conditions in urban and residential areas, even at night.
  • Energy Efficiency: The system ensures sufficient autonomy for a full workday with batteries dedicated solely to mixer operation.

In addition, at Bauma will be presented the new range of 20-meter pumps:

The new range of 20-metre pumps, the “Short ones”

CIFA’s new Steeltech range of 20-meter truck-mounted pumps: K20L, K24L, and K28L. These models combine performance, modularity, and ease of use, designed to meet the diverse needs of operators and clients in residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.

Why Choose the Steeltech 20m Range?

The new 20, 24, and 28-meter models offer innovative solutions that bring tangible benefits to both site operators and clients who choose to invest in them.

  1. Benefits for Operators
  • Ease of Use: Intuitive controls and advanced systems, including a 7" LCD display, reduce training time, enabling even less experienced operators to work confidently and efficiently.
  • Enhanced Comfort: The V-Stop vibration reduction system, applied to the pumping unit, minimizes operator fatigue (less stress from noise and vibrations) and reduces component wear.
  • Simplified Maintenance: Optimized operation and reduced wear lower the need for extraordinary maintenance. The Smartronic management system quickly identifies issues, while the CIFA VISTA remote monitoring system helps plan preventive maintenance, minimizing downtime.
  • Convenience: The lightweight structure allows for the transport of additional accessories, such as pump line pipes, without exceeding weight limits.

2. Benefits for Clients

  • Operational Efficiency: The new pumping units and V-Stop ensure precise and consistent concrete delivery, optimizing work time and boosting productivity.
  • Adaptability to Site Needs: Chassis compatibility with 2- or 3-axle trucks allows for machine configuration tailored to specific project requirements, offering maximum flexibility.
  • Reduced Operating Costs: The lightweight design reduces transport costs, while the modular structure shares components with other models, optimizing spare part purchases.
  • Reliability and Safety: Advanced stabilization and electronic control systems ensure safe and reliable performance even in challenging conditions, reducing risks and unexpected incidents.
