The IRF is setting the stage for the most comprehensive conference ever in the Middle East — an expanding and dynamic region and home to some of the largest and most ambitious infrastructure projects in the world

The 17th IRF World Meeting & Exhibition will feature more than 80 technical and scientific sessions, as well as 30 plenary, executive and special interest sessions,  covering literally every aspect of ground transportation, making it the largest and most ambitious transport and road sector conference in the history of the Middle East. Gathering industry expertise from across the globe is what the 713 International Road Federation does best, and this time is no exception.

A major part of the event is the stream of plenary, executive and special sessions with themes ranging from “how to sell ITS to politicians” to “successful strategies for the development of public private partnerships worldwide” — all delivered in partnership with a host of supporting organisations including the 1202 European Road Federation (ERF), the International Tunnelling Association (ITA), 4141 Ertico/ITS Europe and over a dozen more.

The World Meeting’s Preliminary Program is now available for download at IRF2013.org/program. The dedicated event website, IRF2013.org, is also the hub for information on registration, exhibition, sponsorship, travel arrangements, local customs, technical / cultural tours and more. Transport professionals interested in attending or securing one of the remaining exhibition and sponsorship packages should submit their interest as soon as possible to secure advantageous rates and optimal location.
