Udmurt Republic seeing roads rehabilitation

A major road upgrade programme is being planned for the Udmurt Republic, part of the Russian Federation. The road system in the Udmurt Republic measures some 17,400km in all. The Udmurt Republic Government has set a target for rebuilding 410km of key road links during 2019, as well as addressing issues for some of the most decayed bridges and overpasses.

    A major highway project in the US state of Vriginia has been awarded to a joint venture team comprising Granite Construction, Parsons Corporation, and Corman Construction. The firms will handle the Interstate 64 (I-64) Southside Widening and High Rise Bridge, Phase 1 design-build contract, which was awarded by the Virginia Department of Transportation.
