Texas toll road opening in 2018

Work on the 360 Tollway in the US State of Texas should be complete in 2018. The link measures 15.5km long and runs between US287 and Camp Wisdom Road. The project is expected to have cost US$340 million once the work has been fully completed. Building work for the route commence in 2015 and the new link is intended to reduce traffic congestion in the Arlington area, lowering journey times for drivers.

Work on the 360 Tollway in the US State of Texas should be complete in 2018. The link measures 15.5km long and runs between US287 and Camp Wisdom Road. The project is expected to have cost US$340 million once the work has been fully completed. Building work for the route commence in 2015 and the new link is intended to reduce traffic congestion in the Arlington area, lowering journey times for drivers. The project has been managed by the 2363 North Texas Tollway Authority. When the link opens to traffic it is expected to carry around 55,000 vehicles/day but this is expected to rise to 174,000 vehicles/day by 2030 due to growth in the area.
