Tajikistan road and bridge repairs

Tajikistan is planning a major programme of repairs to its roads and bridges. The aim of the work is to improve connectivity. A total budget of US$335.4 million has been set for the work. Of this budget, $195.65 million will be used to rebuild roads.

    Turkey has plans to construct 1,470 new bridges by 2023. This follows on from a previous bridge building programme that saw 1,635 bridges built between 2003 and 2013. A budget of US$27.38 billion has been set for this work in 2019, an increase of 1% from the budget set for 2018.
