The tender process is opening in Israel for work to widen the Ayalon Highway in Tel Aviv. The project involves widening the route by adding a lane in either direction. The tender process is opening in Israel for work to widen the Ayalon Highway in Tel Aviv. The project involves widening the route by adding a lane in either direction. Two new bridges will also be built as part of the project, which is expected to be worth some US$124 million.     A new bridge will be built in Russia’s North-West region. The bridge will span the Sheksna River at Cherepovets. The project is expected to cost US$247.5 million. Preparatory works will commence during 2019 and the approach roads to the link are being improved. The 1.13km bridge will be the longest in the Vologda Region and should be ready by 2022.
