Israel road tender opening

The tender process is opening in Israel for work to widen the Ayalon Highway in Tel Aviv. The project involves widening the route by adding a lane in either direction. Two new bridges will also be built as part of the project, which is expected to be worth some US$124 million. The tender process is opening in Israel for work to widen the Ayalon Highway in Tel Aviv. The project involves widening the route by adding a lane in either direction. Two new bridges will also be built as part of the project, which is expected to be worth some US$124 million. The first phase of the widening work to the Ayalon Highway is already underway, having commenced in July 2019 and construction of the second phase will start shortly.     Eurovia has won two major road contracts in the US worth a total of US$480 million. A subsidiary of the French company Vinci Construction, Eurovia will work on design-and-build contracts that will help improve two road corridors in North Carolina. Eurovia’s work on I-485 in Charlotte involves adding a 26km express toll lane in each direction as well as a free high-occupancy-vehicle lane. The project aims to improve traffic conditions on the highway, which is used by 146,000 vehicles/day and suffers severe
