Plans are being drawn up in Colombia for a number of new tertiary roads in Valle del Cauca Department. A new highway will be built in Valle del Cauca department, while a new road will improve connections between Mulalo and Loboguerrero.
The Sri Lankan Government is setting out plans to build three elevated highways to reduce traffic congestion in capital Colombo. The highways will be built in the Metropolitan Area and will provide access to the new Southern Expressway, the Outer Circular Highway and the Colombo -Katunayake Expressway under construction.
Spanish environmental services, infrastructure and water group FCC has secured a €392 deal to design, build, operate and maintain the 10km Toyo Tunnel in Urabá Port, Colombia.
The Government of Antioquia awarded the project to the consortium in which Madrid-based FCC has a 40% share and a group of local business people hold 60%.
