    Plans are in hand in Russia for a new bridge spanning the Kuban River in Krasnodar. The 300m bridge will carry four lanes of traffic when it is complete over the Kuban River. The design work for the bridge is expected to be complete in spring 2013. The new bridge will help reduce congestion as the current Yablonovsky Bridge features just two lanes. It was designed to handle 6,000 vehicles/day but is instead carrying up to 30,000 vehicles/day.

    AUSA is launching a new range of rough terrain forklifts with capacities from 2-5tonnes with the company's new Fullgrip technology providing 4WD when required. In normal conditions the machines operates in 2WD, reducing emissions and fuel consumption, but the operator can select 4WD simply by pressing a button on the joystick used to control forklift functions.
  • Nepal's new pedestrian bridges

    Improved pedestrian safety and smoother traffic flow will result from work being carried out by Nepal’s Department of Roads. The plan will see the construction of 15 pedestrian bridges along the Tinkune-Suryabinayak section of the Araniko Highway.
