CIFA launches eco-friendly Energya truck mixer at INTERMAT 2015

CIFA's environmentally-friendly and super-quiet Energya E9 truck mixer uses a drum driven by an electric motor. The Italian-designed machine uses an on-board lithium battery as its power source. Tunnelling contractors will love it.     Liebherr has developed the LTM1750-9.1, a nine-axle all-terrain crane with a maximum lift capacity of 750 tonnes. The 52m telescopic boom machine is carried by the machine and offers a 154m maximum lift height, with a maximum working radius of 112m. A luffing fly jib can be added in 3.5m increments to take maximum lift height to 91m. Weighing in at 108 tonnes in transport configuration, the LTM puts down 12 tonnes per axle.     The Cummins Engine stand this year’s Bauma will be dominated by one of the largest engines at the show, alongside one of the smallest. The firm will show a 37kW (49hp) 2.8-litre QSF2.8 alongside its giant QSK95, which delivers 3,130kW (4,200hp).
