The National Federation of Demolition Contractors (NFDC) has published a revised edition of its landmark ‘Guidance Notes on the Safe Use of High Reach Demolition Excavators’. Sima, the Spanish light construction machinery firm, says European clients have begun receiving their orders within 92 hours, after the company signed an agreement with logistics provider Dachser to create a logistics centre in Nuremberg, Germany. Clearview Traffic Group (CTG) has secured a contract for the installation and maintenance of automatic traffic monitoring equipment on behalf of Transport for London (TfL), the integrated body responsible for the capital’s transport system. Both machines are made for the 0.6m³ class, have all-wheel steering mechanisms to reduce material handling time, and are also fitted with a non-articulated chassis, said by Kramer to ensure high stability due to the constant centre of gravity. Aggregate Processing Solutions (APS) is now offering CDE washing equipment to its contract washing customers after the signing of a new agreement. APS says it has taken delivery of the M2500 mobile washing plant and Aggmax portable logwasher in response to a rise in demand throughout the UK market. John Dunne, managing director of APS, said: “The addition of the CDE modular washing range ensures our customers have access to the most efficient washing systems on the market.”
