JCB has completed its 17-model, US-built second generation skid steer and compact tracked loader line. The firm has added the 175, 190 and 205 model skid steers and the 190T and 205T CTLs to the range, all of which are vertical-lift-arm models powered by a 44.7kW engine. JCB now has a machine to cover 97% of the global skid steer market, which accounts for more than 70,000 loaders a year.

Indeco has added a full range of demolition sorting grabs to its product line-up. The company started out in 1976 making breakers and has continued to add new types of attachment as operators increasingly look to use specific equipment for each application to cut times and costs. “Hammers still represent our core business but dealers have been asking for a wider range of Indeco demolition attachments to serve customers,” said commercial director Michele Vitulano, who is the son of the company’s founder.

Yanmar Construction Equipment chose INTERMAT to reveal its latest tracked dumper development – the prototype C30R-2R – complete with swivel skip body. The 2,500kg skip can be slewed through 180 degrees, allowing material to be discharged anywhere around the front of the machine. In addition, the C30R-2R also uses a reverse drive console. Additions to Cat’s mini excavator range at INTERMAT include the 301.7D and 302.4D. With operating weights of 1.8 and 2.4tonnes respectively, the two new machines will replace the UK-built 301.8C and 302.5C later this year, when they go into production. Bobcat has introduced the TL470HF, a high-flow version of its recently launched telehandler. The HF version shares the 4tonne/7m capacities of the standard machine but comes with a 100kW engine (instead of 75kW) and a 190litre/min pump instead of 100litres/min in the standard machine. Wacker Neuson has renewed its 1.7 to 2.4tonnes mini excavator range with the introduction of the ET18, ET20 and ET24. The enlarged can has a lower and broader entrance for easier access and egress. Auger Torque has introduced a torque measuring device which fits between its auger drivers and the dipper end and measures the torque applied to screw anchors. A Bluetooth readout shows the torque applied enabling contractors top confirm they have achieved the minimum depth and torque requirements set by the civil engineer.

Vehicle conversion specialist Procar is displaying a range of products. A welfare vehicle, based on a Citroen Relay, has a cooking and dining area and lockable drying facilities to the rear, while a pickup conversion on a Renault Master, available as single or double cab, can be specified with flooring and tail board options.

Allu has upgraded its screener crusher buckets with the introduction of the new six-model D-Series range suitable for excavators from 10 to 40tonnes and wheel loaders between five and 30tonnes. The design allows the buckets to be used for crushing demolition waste, asphalt and glass using replaceable hammer heads to produce end product between 25mm and 100mm.
