CIFA is unveiling a new product for shotcrete at INTERMAT. The CST 8.20 is a compact machine designed for use in tunnels up to 10m in height and for mining applications.

Vermeer has launched the D60x90 Navigator horizontal directional drill (HDD). INTERMAT was the venue for the official hand-over of one of the world’s first Kobelco CKE 2500G crawler cranes. Herman Smit, chief operating officer of crane giant Mammoet, came to the show on Friday to meet Kobeloc Crane’s president and chief executive officer Isao Aida for the handover of the 250tonne lattice boom machine. While he was at the show Smit confirmed orders for another 46 cranes of 180 tonnes and 250tonnes capacity.

New products that CIFA will be launching at INTERMAT include a horizontal twin-shaft mixer equipped with helical blades. CIFA’s Helical Twin Shaft Mixer 2.25 will be installed on the Cifamix 100 stationary system and the compact Cifamoove 90 system.

CIFA will introduce a new pump that has been tailored to the needs of the French market. The new MK-24 concrete pump has a detachable pumping system with rotor. It is equipped with a three-section distribution boom with a Z-fold system and 100mm pipes.

The principal innovation of this new version of CIFA’s SLX - super light version - series mixer is that the overall weight has been improved.
