Using only SCR for its exhaust after-treatment process, the QSF3.8 avoids the need for either DOC or DPF as a result of using a high-efficiency catalyst to convert oxides of nitrogen at lower exhaust temperatures while requiring only low doses of DEF, said the company.

With an operating weight of 42.6tonnes, the R430LC-9A is Hyundai’s latest addition to the Robex excavator range. The new model, which slots in between the existing R380LC-9A and the R480LC-9A, is said to be an ideal machine for bulk earthmoving, large civil engineering and quarrying work.
