In Poland a Santa Claus and his helper had an excessive quantity of seasonal spirit, resulting in a serious sleigh incident. The two were smiling and waving at passersby from their horse-drawn sleigh when the noise of a vehicle horn startled the animal. Santa and his helper were unable to calm the horse, which reared and sent the pair tumbling from the sleigh as it then collided with a wall. Police were quickly on the scene and determined that the daring duo were heavily under the influence of seasonal spirits. They were charged with drunkenness.

With an EK 100 chain cutter mounted on their 22tonne excavator, Gubler excavated the foundations, footings and service trenches in the typical local molasse rock.
