In the US state of Utah, police found that their vehicles have proven unequal to the task of pursuing a golf buggy. When police spotted the golf buggy burning doughnuts in a park they followed in hot pursuit but were unable to continue the chase when the buggy drove into a field and crossed some irrigation ditches.
