A wheelchair-bound man in Spain has been caught on camera weaving in and out of Barcelona traffic and moving faster than surrounding vehicles. The street racer was cruising along Barcelona's busy Carrer de Muntaner when a motorcycle passenger took the video.

A wheelchair-bound man in Spain has been caught on camera weaving in and out of Barcelona traffic and moving faster than surrounding vehicles. The street racer was cruising along Barcelona's busy Carrer de Muntaner when a motorcycle passenger took the video.

It is worth noting that the market is now offering solutions to wheelchair users wanting to attain surprisingly high speeds. A road-touring adaptor comes in three versions – city (70km/h), highway (90km/h) and freeway (120km/h). Perhaps road builders will in the near future have to design in dedicated wheelchair lanes.

    A methane-powered bus has set a speed record for a regular city bus of nearly 124km/h at a test track in the UK, according to media reports. The bus, from the southern city of Reading, was converted to run on compressed methane from cow manure and was painted black and white like a Friesian cow.
