BEUMER Group says it will display its comprehensive competence in conveying, loading, palletising and packaging technology along with its customer support. The group, headquartered in Beckum, Germany, will present its “innovative solutions” for bulk materials, such as curved belt conveyors. Austrian mobile crushing and screening equipment manufacturer, Innocrush says its team is constantly striving to develop new and innovative systems that enable customers to achieve the maximum profit with their machines. In 2011 the company presented the dsb Innocrush Innodrive in which the equipment is driven directly without coupling and thus no wear or maintenance-intensive components, says Innocrush.

Higher performance is claimed for Komatsu’s Dash 7 version of its well-proven HD785 rigid dump truck, which offers a heaped capacity of 60m3. The 91tonne capacity HD785-7 is matched to Komatsu’s PC1250 and PC2000 excavators, and WA800 and WA900 wheel loaders. The new version of the truck is said to be more powerful than the previous generation machine, with drive from a Komatsu SAA12V140E-3 diesel delivering 1,178kW.

The new HL780-9A wheeled loader from Hyundai Heavy Industries (HI) is one of five new 9A series wheeled loaders being exhibited by the South Korean company at bauma. Like its fellow Hyundai HI 9A machines, the HL780-9A complies with strict Tier 4 Interim/EU-Stage IIIB standards on engine emissions. Its engine comes with an EGR and diesel particulate filter (DPF). Especially redesigned to allow hot and cold recycling, Lintec will be showcasing its new CSD 1500 asphalt mixing plant at bauma. With a capacity of 120 tonnes/hour, the new CSD 1500 enables the integration of a hot storage silo with a 50tonne capacity. Similar to all Lintec’s CSD line plants, the aggregates enter the screen drum through the front wall.

Lintec’s Aggregate Cooling System (ACS) is described as a new, patented and fully containerised plant concept for the direct cooling of aggregates for concrete mixes. Being showcased at bauma, ACS is said by Lintec to work in a desert environment without the usual and costly addition of specifically produced ice.

Atlas Copco is launching its new top hammer surface drill rig, the FlexiROC T45, along with its new rock drill COP 3060. The company says the new rig, which follows the ROC F9 before it, was to be built on a tried and trusted platform that would provide high-availability and a wide area of use for both large and small applications. Komatsu says that its new WA500-7 wheel loader offers improved efficiency and lower fuel consumption, as well as increased output. Weighing in at 333tonnes, the WA500-7 has improved operator comfort with a larger and more spacious cab fitted with ergonomic controls and offering better visibility.

Sitting alongside the M2500 mobile washing plant on CDE’s stand will be the latest AggMax 83 portable logwasher, which will include a RotoMax RX80 logwasher; triple- deck Prograde sizing screen and horizontal dewatering integrated on a single chassis. The AggMax has found many applications ranging from the washing of limestone conglomerate material in Scotland and Austria, to construction and demolition waste recycling in England, iron ore processing in India and sand and gravel washing in Germany.

Bell Equipment is working on its biggest ever truck, which will offer a capacity of 55tonnes. A launch date has not yet been revealed for the hauler and technical details have yet to be revealed, however the machine will have a 4x4 drive system. High mobility is claimed for CIFA’s mobile concrete batching plant, the CIFAMOBILE 50. “This is the first ever CIFA concrete batching plant we’ve built. It’s highly mobile and can be transported on wheels,” said Marco Brambati, director of marketing and business planning at the firm. Dressta is offering improved versions of its 560E and 555C Extra wheeled loaders, with new Cummins diesels. Power for the larger 560E Extra now comes from a Cummins QSX15 diesel rated at 319kW, compared with the 310kW of the previous engine in this machine. The six cylinder Cummins engine drives through a torque converter, a three-speed, full powershift, countershaft transmission, front and rear axle drives and conventional differentials.
