Work to start on next stretch of A100 in Berlin, Germany
The work on the construction of the next stretch of the A100 motorway in Berlin, Germany, is about to start. The project is expected to cost €473 million (US$616.72mn) and be completed by 2020.

The work on the construction of the next stretch of the A100 motorway in Berlin, Germany, is about to start. The project is expected to cost €473 million (US$616.72mn) and be completed by 2020.
Slovakia and the Italian-Slovak consortium of Salini Impregilo and Dúha will reportedly end construction of a D1 highway stretch including the Višňové tunnel.
The planned 7.5km twin-tube Višňové Tunnel is part of the 13.4km section of the D1 between Lietavská Lúčka and Dubná Skala in northern Slovakia. The Moroccan Government is increasing its investment in roads and highways by 21% from last year. The country intends to spend US$6.32 billion on improving the road network. Poland’s Ministry of Transport plans to invest heavily in road projects from 2014-2020. The Polish road authority, GDDKiA, will invest €16.91 billion in new roads. A key project will be for the section of the Berlin-Lisbon A2 highway that runs through Poland. This will run through Zakret near Warsaw and connect to the Minsk Mazowiecki ring road and is expected to cost close to €1.7 billion.
