Work has begun on constructing a US $ 1.2 billion 144km highway between Zhengzhou and Zhoukou in China. The highway has a designed speed of 120km/hour and a width of 28m.
Chinese contractors will construct two sections of Pakistan’s Peshawar-Karachi Motorway (PKM) project. This six-lane highway will be a high-speed access-controlled connection between the port city of Karachi and other major urban locations in Pakistan.
