Topcon launches dual slope laser at INTERMAT

Topcon’s RL-SV2S is a new multi-task dual slope self-levelling laser for general construction and civil engineering projects.

342 Topcon’s RL-SV2S is a new multi-task dual slope self-levelling laser for general construction and civil engineering projects.

It has an operating range of 400m and can meet the requirements for horizontal, single slope, dual slope or vertical job applications, said Topcon. In addition, the RL-SV2S can also be used for machine control.

Slopes of up to +/-15 degrees and can be used in either X or Y axis, and the laser can be turned on its side and used for layout and alignment.

Battery life is 100 hours with alkaline or 60 hours with rechargeable Ni/MH. The RL-SV2S features a water/dustproof rating of IP66 and can operate in temperatures from -20C to +50C. It is supplied with a five-year factory guarantee.
