Show organisers developing Intermat 2015 with World of Concrete addition

The organisers of the INTERMAT construction equipment event in Paris are further developing the 2015 exhibition following an agreement with World of Concrete. The organisers of the 242 INTERMAT construction equipment event in Paris are further developing the 2015 exhibition following an agreement with World of Concrete. As a result INTERMAT 2015 will co-host World of Concrete Europe, a show covering all stages of the concrete construction process. World of Concrete is recognised as the leading event for the concrete industry in North America. For its first occurrence in Europe, World of Concrete aims to develop the same prominence for the European, African and Middle Eastern concrete industry. This new addition will host producers, contractors and suppliers from Europe, French – speaking African countries and the Middle East. World of Concrete Europe (WOC Europe) will be one of the headline events at the next edition of INTERMAT, to be held from 20th to 25th April at the Paris-Nord Villepinte exhibition centre. To support the WOC EUROPE’s mission, the organisers have just established a steering committee comprising 12 industry specialists1, members of the concrete industry’s official representative bodies. Its role is to establish and implement all the actions necessary to enable WOC Europe to highlight and promote the concrete construction profession. Among the initiatives scheduled are educational seminars and demonstrations.vWOC Europe will fill out the extensive range of construction segments traditionally offered at INTERMAT. By bringing together the specialists in plant and equipment for the production, transport, placing and finishing of concrete. INTERMAT will present a comprehensive range dedicated to the concrete sector, from production activities (materials, products and admixtures) to construction.
