JCB is introducing a new three model range of breakers
JCB is introducing new hydraulic breakers to meet a range of customer needs. The larger HM870Q, HM1270Q and HM1570Q hydraulic breakers feature stainless steel components in critical areas as well as sealed for life accumulators, both of which boost operating life. Performance has been increased due to improved hydraulics, boosting efficiency and reducing noise while the breakers are said to have high power to weight ratios compared with rival units.

255 JCB is introducing new hydraulic breakers to meet a range of customer needs. The larger HM870Q, HM1270Q and HM1570Q hydraulic breakers feature stainless steel components in critical areas as well as sealed for life accumulators, both of which boost operating life. Performance has been increased due to improved hydraulics, boosting efficiency and reducing noise while the breakers are said to have high power to weight ratios compared with rival units. These larger breaker models suit carriers in the 10-28tonne class and features include a large diameter tool, automatic tool greasing and heavy duty brackets, all of which help increase wear life. There are also four smaller breakers, for carriers weighing 2-12tonnes, which share some of the same features as the larger units.
German company Lintec will present for the first time its specially designed and fully containerised Gussasphalt plant for the European Market, the CDD 1200 GA. The plant has a capacity of 20tonnes of Gussasphalt per hour (optional up to 20tonnes/hour), and was sold to the French company SMAC (belonging to the Colas Group) and will operate in the west of France near Rennes.
The plant has a hot bin with one chamber and can take 15tonnes of material while the recuperated filler silo is 11tonnes and one or tw

The four-model EW range spans 14-21tonnes and benefits from a new engine, cab, hydraulics, substructure, boom, arm and controls. There is more power with D-series, from stage IIIB engines that use V-ACT technology. The four cylinder (EW140D) and six cylinder engines produce high torque at low engine speeds, said Volvo, giving rise to low fuel consumption.
